Returns & Exchanges
We want every Sharky Friends bag to be right for you. If something goes wrong, just write to us and we will find a solution.
Return period
You can return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order (not counting the day of receipt), in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Return conditions
- the item has not been used;
- its original appearance, tags and contents are preserved;
- you have proof of purchase (order number, receipt or our correspondence).
Items that cannot be returned
Custom-made items: with personal engraving (initials, logo or other), in a non-standard color or size. Such items can be returned or replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect.
How to return an item
- Message us on Telegram @SharkyFriends, email sharkyfriends17@gmail.com or call +380 66 411 7017. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will agree on the shipping method and send you the address.
- Send the item with Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you or send a replacement.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of a defect or a mistake on our side.
Refund time
We refund the money within two business days after receiving the item, using the same method you paid with (transfer to a card or account).
Defects or damage in transit
If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will replace it, repair it or refund it free of charge. Please take a photo or video of the damage and contact us within two days of receipt.
Warranty
Stitching and hardware are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover the natural changes of Crazy Horse leather (scuffs and color changes are a feature of vintage leather) or mechanical damage. If a problem appears after the warranty has ended, write to us anyway and we will sort it out.
