By bank transfer to our business account or by card via a monobank payment link. International orders are also paid via a monobank payment link. The manager will send the details or the link once your order is confirmed.

Within Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at the carrier's rates, usually 150-300 UAH, and delivery takes 1-2 days after dispatch. International delivery costs 30-60 USD depending on the bag and takes 10-15 days. The manager will confirm the exact amount before you pay.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn't been used. Engraved items and items made in a custom colour or size can only be returned if they are defective. See Returns and exchanges for details.

Stitching and hardware are covered by a 3-month warranty from the day you receive the bag. If something happens later, message us anyway and we'll sort it out.

Yes. You can choose a different combination of leather colours, adjust the size to fit your laptop and add laser engraving of initials, a logo or text. Engraving and size changes cost extra; the manager will quote the price when you order.

Most of our bags come in three sizes: A4, 15.6″ laptop and 17″ laptop. The dimensions are listed in each product description. If you're not sure, send us your laptop model and we'll advise.

It's genuine calfskin finished with oil and wax. Over time it lightens where it bends and develops a patina: that's its character, not a defect. Wipe it with a soft damp cloth and treat it with leather wax every few months.
