Care, production and shipping
Wipe smooth leather with a soft cloth and treat it with leather cream every few months. If the backpack gets wet, let it dry at room temperature, away from radiators.

Tell the manager what you need when you order. After dispatch, delivery takes 1-2 days within Ukraine and 10-15 days to other countries.
